Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Summit Nutrition LLC. "You" refers to the person placing an order or using this site.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. Our products contain caffeine at levels not appropriate for minors, and the product labeling states that they are not for use by persons under 18. By placing an order you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.
Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this website, on our packaging, or in our marketing constitutes medical advice. Statements about energy, focus, pumps, or performance describe intended effects of the ingredients and are not promises of any specific result. Individual results vary.
Ascend Pre-Workout contains 300mg of caffeine per serving, roughly equivalent to three cups of coffee.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you are taking any medication or have any medical condition, including but not limited to heart conditions, high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, or sensitivity to stimulants. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or other stimulants. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience any adverse effects.
Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation. This is a known and expected effect of the ingredient and is not grounds for return.
Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and sesame. If you have a food allergy, review the full label before use.
You are responsible for reading the product label before use. The label is the authoritative source for ingredients, dosing, and warnings.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed with an invalid payment method, and orders for quantities inconsistent with personal use. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but product images are representations and may differ slightly from the item you receive. Labels, packaging, and formulations may change. The information on the physical label controls.
If a product is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and either ship when available or refund you, at your choice.
We ship within the United States only.
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your package. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
Unopened products. You may return unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return.
Opened products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products, and opened products are not eligible for refund. This includes returns based on flavor preference. Consumable supplements cannot be resold once the seal is broken.
Damaged or defective products. If your product arrives damaged, or if there is a defect in the product itself, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
To start a return, email support@summitnutrition.pro with your order number. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Some products are offered on a subscription basis. Please read this section carefully — subscriptions renew automatically.
How it works. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price at the interval shown at checkout, automatically, until you cancel. The price, billing interval, and first billing date are disclosed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Renewal. Your subscription continues indefinitely and renews at the stated interval. Each renewal is a new charge to your payment method on file. Prices are subject to change; we will give you advance notice before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link included in your order confirmation and in every billing email, or by emailing support@summitnutrition.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops all future charges.
What cancellation does not do. Cancelling does not refund a charge already processed or a shipment already sent. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged, that shipment will still be sent to you and is subject to the return policy in Section 7.
Failed payments. If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorized to use it.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We will work with you to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in cancellation of your account and refusal of future orders.
All content on this site — including the Summit Nutrition and Ascend names, logos, label artwork, product photography, and written copy — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.
You may not resell our products or represent yourself as an authorized reseller or distributor without a written agreement with us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, personal injury not caused by our negligence, or damages arising from misuse of our products, use contrary to label instructions, or use despite the warnings in Section 4.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Nutrition LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette County, Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
