Privacy Policy

Summit Nutrition LLC

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to summitnutrition.pro and to purchases made through our checkout.

1. Who we are

Summit Nutrition LLC
1723 University Ave, Ste B
Oxford, MS 38655
support@summitnutrition.pro

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order. Billing address and payment details, which go directly to our payment processor (see Section 4). Phone number, if you choose to provide one. Any information you include when you email us.

Information collected automatically

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system. Pages you visit on our site, referring links, and time spent. Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 6).

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not ask for or store health information, and we ask that you not send us medical details by email. We do not collect or store your full payment card number.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to:

Process and fulfill your order, including shipping and delivery notifications. Manage subscriptions, including recurring billing and renewal notices. Respond to support requests, returns, and refunds. Calculate and remit sales tax as required by law. Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. Keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Send marketing email, but only if you opted in (see Section 7).

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank account details.

We do receive from Stripe: your name, email, billing and shipping address, the last four digits of your card, and the transaction record. We use this to fulfill orders and manage subscriptions.

Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe also uses transaction data for fraud prevention across its network.

5. Who else we share information with

We share personal information only with parties that help us operate the business, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and tax calculation. Shipping carriers — your name and address, to deliver your order. Our website host and email provider — to run the site and send order confirmations. TikTok Shop — if you purchase through TikTok rather than our site, that transaction is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy, and TikTok determines what information it shares with us as the seller. Professional advisors and government authorities — where required by law, such as tax filings, subpoenas, or lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

If our business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your session, and understand how the site is used in aggregate.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

If we use advertising or analytics tools that set cookies, they are disclosed in our cookie settings on the site. Some jurisdictions treat certain advertising cookies as a "sale" or "share" of personal information; where that applies, you may opt out using the mechanism described in Section 8, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

7. Marketing email

We send transactional email — order confirmations, shipping notices, subscription renewal notices, and payment failure notices — to everyone who orders. These are necessary to your purchase and are not marketing.

We send promotional email only to people who have opted in. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email about an active order or subscription.

8. Your rights and choices

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you. Provide a copy of it. Correct information that is inaccurate. Delete information we no longer need to keep. Stop sending you marketing email.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information, but you may still exercise these rights.

To make a request, email support@summitnutrition.pro with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time. We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details of a recent order. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

A limit worth stating plainly: we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction and tax records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove what we can and retain only what the law requires.

9. How long we keep information

Order and transaction records: at least 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes. Subscription records: for the life of the subscription plus 7 years. Support emails: 2 years. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Website analytics: typically 14 months or less.

10. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, rely on Stripe for payment security, and limit access to customer information to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

Our products are not for anyone under 18 and our site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email support@summitnutrition.pro and we will delete it.

12. Where we operate

We operate in the United States and ship within the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries. If you access this site from outside the U.S., understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we will notify customers by email.
